Húm, hat – pattern

Húm = dusk

This is the first pattern I ever made. It started everything that came after, and the wonderful reception it received encouraged me to create more patterns. It was as if a drawer had opened in my head, and out tumbled patterns that wanted to join the fun, whether hats, mittens or sweaters.

Clear instructions are included, suitable for both beginners and experienced knitters.

Size: Circumference 54 (56) cm [21.25 (22) in], depth 21 (23) cm [8.25 (9) in].
Yarn: Isager Tvinni 100% wool, 100 g / 510 m, and Design Club Duo 100% wool, 100 g / 540 m.
Main colour: Brúnn (brown).
Contrast colour 1: Dökk grænn (dark green).
Contrast colour 2: Ljós grænn (light green).
Contrast colour 3: Gulgrænn (yellow-green).
Contrast colour 4: Ljós appelsínugulur (light orange).
Contrast colour 5: Dökk appelsínugulur (dark orange).
Quantity: 11 g [0.4 oz] of each colour, 6 colours.
Needles: Circular needles 40 cm [16 in], 3 mm [US 2.5] and 3.5 mm [US 4].
Gauge: 30 sts = 10 cm [4 in] on 3.5 mm [US 4] needles.
Notions: Stitch marker for the beginning of the round.
