I wanted to create a completely different pattern but somehow the pattern ended up like this, fun to knit and a beautiful pattern, I also think this is the easiest pattern to knit. Pay attention with the first decreasing, as it is facing the opposite direction compared to the other patterns.
Traditional two-band hat and/or mitten knit with Latvian braid and a simple strap. The pattern is regular and easy. Long bands (carried yarn) are formed only in a few places, which can be fixed in every third loop behind.

Yarn: Natural knitting yarn, 85% merino wool and 15% nylon, 100 g/400 m or equivalent to achieve knitting stability.
Knits: Sock knitting needles no. 3 [US 2.5] and 3.5 [US 4].
Knit attachment: 32 stitches = 10 cm [4 in] on needle size 3.5 [US 4].
Other: 1 knitting marker.
Hat:
Size: Depth 23 cm [9.0 in], circumference 56 cm [22 in] .
Main color: Blue , 40 g (1.5 oz).
Pattern Color: White, 30 g (1.0 oz).
Gloves:
Size: Length 26 cm (10.25 in), circumference 18 cm [7.0 in] .
Main color: Blue, 40 g (1.5 oz).
